Rutherford Briant Recruitment was established in Spring 2009 with the aim of becoming the market leader in the Finance and HR markets in Essex and Cambridgeshire.

In the midst of a recession and general doom and gloom in the economy, we see an opportunity for a recruitment business that focuses on delivering outstanding quality of service to both clients and candidates alike. We have big aspirations and know that we can only meet these by building great relationships with all of our customers.

Our Market

We are specialists in Finance and H.R recruitment throughout Essex and Cambridgeshire. We provide a ‘Top to Bottom’ recruitment service. In finance, we deal in positions from Finance Director, Financial Controller and newly qualified accountant, through to purchase ledger, payroll and credit control. On the H.R side, we recruit all positions from H.R Director, H.R Manager, and Training Manager through to H.R Officer and Recruitment Officer.
