As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, attract top talent, and engage with their target audience. Working closely with the Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and have a close eye on the analytical side of the marketing function in order to support ongoing commitment to customer service.

What you will be doing:
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing campaigns, social media metrics and website analytics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend optimisations
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating project timelines
- Brand Promotion: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentation and advertisements to effectively communicate brand messaging and value proposition

The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
- Prior experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry, is advantageous but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing software and content management systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
