I am currently recruiting for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business based in Enfield. This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who can take ownership of the CRM strategy, build automated lifecycle campaigns, and use data to drive continual improvement across the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
As a CRM and Email Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own and develop the CRM and email marketing strategy to drive lead nurturing, conversion and retention
- Build, test and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns using segmentation, personalisation and behavioural triggers
- Deliver performance reporting, uncover insights and data-ledrecommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Champion customer journey mapping and contribute to improving user experience across all touchpoints
Requirements:
As a CRM and Email Marketing Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM and email marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar) and marketing automation tools
- A track record of successfully building automated email journeys that drive measurable results
- Confident with data and analytics – able to segment audiences, analyse campaign performance and apply insights
