Lois has worked in the recruitment industry since 2016, starting out Estates and Facilities sector, specialising in the Public Sector but soon discovering a newfound love for Payroll and Finance. Lois heads up our temp division across Essex, London and East Anglia, with a demonstrated history of working with both clients and candidates on transactional, part-qualified and qualified finance roles. Lois believes in delivering an exceptional service, whilst building open relationships based on trust and strives to get a strong understanding of an individuals recruitment needs for both candidates and clients.

Outside of work

Outside of work Lois loves holidaying with her partner Ricardo and 5-year-old daughter Sienna-Rose. Lois is a qualified nail technician, having made excellent use of her time on maternity leave (and not being able to not be busy!). When she can, amongst juggling motherhood and career, Lois loves to create fantastic designs for her clientele from XXL acrylic to classic gel manicures!
