Before working at Rutherford Briant, Phoebe came from a 5-year career within the NHS. From being a phlebotomist to bringing babies into the world as a Midwife. Phoebe made the jump into Recruitment due to her desire to help others and see people succeed.
Outside of work
Outside of work Phoebe loves going on holiday and exploring the world. She also plays for her local tennis team and spends lots of time walking and looking after her fur baby.
