What to Expect?


The process for interviews is that you will have an initial discussion with either a Director or Manager. Once invited for an interview you will meet with the Manager of the team you’d be joining and the Directors in a 2 stage interview process.


The interview will assess your understanding of recruitment, why you are interested in the industry and Rutherford Briant, and what you think will make you great. Meeting the rest of us makes sure you don’t walk into a room of strangers on your first day!



Our training follows a clear structure and will introduce you to each of the elements of recruitment with someone guiding you as you try your hand at each of them.
