Not a problem, we offer a great training plan. You will receive one on one on the job training covering all aspects of recruitment from one of the best trainers in the business. We are looking for graduate calibre individuals with a strong will to succeed, as well as plenty of ambition and personality. Recruitment is a challenging career needing strong communication skills, lots of resilience and tenacity, but also a real sense of fun and adventure. The job can be extremely hard and challenging, but the rewards can also be fantastic!
