Winners of Two Awards at the Essex Business Awards 2022!

We are delighted to announce that we have won a total of two awards at the Essex Business Awards 2022!

The Rutherford Briant team were thrilled to be invited to an awards dinner at Braxted Park on Friday 21st October where we were shortlisted as finalists in five different categories; excellent customer focus, business to business, employer of the year, business person of the year and excellence in marketing. The evening was hosted by a great magician and celebrated the success of businesses throughout Essex, as well as raising money for a local charity – Haven’s Hospice.

 

The two awards won were;

Excellent Customer Focus – We are so excited to have won in the ‘Excellent Customer Focus’ award. We take the steps to ensure that we understand our customers and their needs and pride ourselves on ensuring we provide exceptional customer service and create long term and lasting relationships with our clients and candidates. Seeing our connections progress and achieve their goals is very much part of how we measure our own success. We are so passionate about people. We’re not simply about finding people a job but also expanding and enhancing their futures!

 

Employer of the Year - We are overjoyed to be winners of the ‘Employer of the Year’ award. At Rutherford Briant, we ensure to create an inspiring and supportive work environment and demonstrate a real commitment to the wellbeing of our employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and united workforce. This is an important part of our success and is central to everything we do, as it enables our consultants to provide our candidates and clients with an exceptional service. We prioritise listening to our employee’s opinions using forums to ensure we work together to provide a great atmosphere in the workplace. We implement development grids for employees to achieve career growth and organise monthly outings and annual incentives trips to increase employee motivation and encourage team building.
