Pay & Benefits
The basic starting salary on offer is £23,000 - £25,000 with 28 days annual leave on-site parking, and access to a suite of company benefits and rewards including company pension; private medical cover; life assurance cover and an employee portal which unlocks a whole host of lifestyle / shopping discounts, gym membership options and a wide variety of mental health, wellbeing, meditation and fitness resources.
The Working Hours:
This role is full time and the working hours would be 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm.
The Role / Example Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering a schedule of social updates
- Keeping the company database updated and trouble shooting when errors occur
- Supporting the sales team with content writing and specialist insights within their markets
- Reviewing marekting activity with the sales team and management to ensure the strategy and tactics are in line with the overall objetives
- Manage the relationship with job boards and upskilling sales team to produce high quality advertisements
- Be part of a team who run all business events, internally and externally
- Be the gate-keeper for the brand guidelines
- Support the sales team with their personal marketing schedules
This person would ideally have a marketing degree, some marketing experience within a sales environment, or just be someone that is creative, willing to learn and wants to have great impact within their role.
