Pay & Benefits

The basic starting salary on offer is £23,000 - £25,000  with 28 days annual leave on-site parking, and access to a suite of company benefits and rewards including company pension; private medical cover; life assurance cover and an employee portal which unlocks a whole host of lifestyle / shopping discounts, gym membership options and a wide variety of mental health, wellbeing, meditation and fitness resources.

The Working Hours:

This role is full time and the working hours would be 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm. 

The Role / Example Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering a schedule of social updates  
  • Keeping the company database updated and trouble shooting when errors occur
  • Supporting the sales team with content writing and specialist insights within their markets
  • Reviewing marekting activity with the sales team and management to ensure the strategy and tactics are in line with the overall objetives
  • Manage the relationship with job boards and upskilling sales team to produce high quality advertisements  
  • Be part of a team who run all business events, internally and externally
  • Be the gate-keeper for the brand guidelines  
  • Support the sales team with their personal marketing schedules

The Person:

This person would ideally have a marketing degree, some marketing experience within a sales environment, or just be someone that is creative, willing to learn and wants to have great impact within their role.  The business champions a culture of accountability and empowerment and therefore looking for an individual who is keen to take ownership of policies and processes and coming up with their own ideas to suggest possible improvements / new ways of working.
