Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Key Account Consultant to join a growing international family-owned brand with offices based in Suffolk. In this role you will work as part of a wider team and immerse yourself in the company and experience how proud it is to build one of the best companies in this industry in a family business.

The role of the 'Key Account Consultant’ is to provide an efficient and professional customer service. In the role you will be expected to have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the company products. Your role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers (Full product training is provided).

The salary on offer for this role is £21,000 per annum and it is a Monday-Friday role offering an earlier finish on a Friday. This role is a 14 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent.

What you will be doing:

One of the primary contacts for the UK business and responsible to ensure a premium customer service is given Using a database to report all contact and activity with partners to manage workload and information flow Ensure all customer orders and enquiries are administered correctly using SAP Communicating with customers Ensure all activities undertaken follow policy and procedures. Work within a team liaising with logistics, service and finance departments

About you:

Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot frequently asked questions Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature Ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Customer Service environment Computer literate Knowledge of software packages CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, SAP, Excel and Outlook or similar packages
