Due to significant growth, Rutherford Briant are recruiting for an experienced Internal Recruiter to work for a fast growing specialist Communications company. This role is fully remote, with one face to face meeting a month, either at their offices or at another convenient place.
The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum.

We are looking for candidates who have in-house/internal recruitment experience, as well as someone who has used a candidate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and has previously managed a PSL List.
Whilst this role is remote, there is a requirement of one face to face meeting per month, therefore candidates must be located within 1 hour drive of Colchester.
Key duties include:
- Provide a proactive targeted approach to attracting the best talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand current resourcing needs.
- Ensuring the candidate has a positive recruitment and on-boarding process.
- Instilling the company values into the recruitment and selection process.
- Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and job adverts.
- Meeting and reporting on recruitment KPI’s.
- Ensuring compliance and due diligence throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide role salary benchmarking research.
- Liaising with partner agencies and their performance management.
