Rutherford Briant have just registered a very unique Service Desk Analyst role. Working within a Service & Support department that doesn't just cover your conventional 1st line support, this will be a chance to learn bespoke systems and software's.

The role will be a great opportunity to kick start your IT/Technology career, if you have recently retrained or graduated this could be the perfect platform for you to flourish. The business works with some well known brands such as McDonald's, Burger King and KFC.


  • Prioritise tickets based on impact or urgency.
  • Ensure all emails and calls are logged and incidents are updated on a daily basis.
  • Manage tickets system queues to chase resolution and reduce ageing.
  • Adhere to agreed SLA's.
  • Identify common themes with recommendations for service improvements.
  • Create help sheets for FAQ to help customers on common issues.
