Rutherford Briant has the pleasure of assisting our client to find an ICT Implementer to join their Business Change team. Our client is a large construction business with over 140 sites across the UK, meaning digital change is at the top of the agenda.

This is a varied role, helping the business in 3 main areas:

  • Change Management - Helping the business implement the IT changes and smooth out the transition for the users.
  • User Training - Create the E Training documents and deliver the User Training on site and via Teams.
  • Project Management - Assist with larger and run smaller projects, working closely with the PMO office to ensure the projects are delivered to users.

This is a field based Hybrid role, the training can be delivered across the UK. The business has multiple sites, meaning the successful candidates needs to be happy to travel. The business offers a fantastic car scheme which fully covers the cost of the vehicle and the maintenance if you wish to use the scheme.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Change & Relationship Manager in all aspects of delivering change and the support of corporate business systems & 3rd party application.
  • Assist with the gathering of background project information
  • Co-ordinate the deployment of ICT & Digital Applications across the group
  • Be able to own and plan all key deliverables in relation to new and existing applications
  • Perform day to day on-site system training & troubleshooting
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the group
  • Liaise with the wider ICT community to provide feedback from the sites
  • Deliver user focused training activities both on-site & at regional offices
  • Manage auditing & reporting on-site usage of bespoke systems



  • Experience planning & delivering training - Ideally E learning
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Highly computer literate
  • Strong communication - Verbal & Written
