Rutherford Briant are looking for an Account Receivable Administrator to join a fast-growing business based in Billericay for an initial three-month period on a temporary basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with good accounting knowledge to gain good experience working in a fast-paced environment and potentially be taken on permanently.
Key Duties include:
- To assist accounts receivable team with administrative tasks.
- Checking all documents are received and correctly uploaded to accounts system for new residents (Caresys)
- Setting up billing for new residents / change of billling
- Setting up new direct debits via online system (PTX)
- Producing final account statements
- Processing Refunds
- Other ad-hoc tasks when required
