A Top 10 Practice are looking for a Financial Reporting Supervisor. Their busy and fast-paced Business Services and Outsourcing team. You’ll work in a vibrant and modern office environment (although agile working has now been introduced) to hone your financial reporting skills and help to drive the development of the Financial Reporting team.

As a Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will:
Work on a variety of outsourcing, compliance and advisory work wilst helping to drive the development team. Working on a large variety of clients largely within the SME space.
  • Produce financial statements under a range of accounting frameworks including FRS 102 and IFRS
  • Take the lead on more complex projects
  • Support the manager team with reviewing statutory accounting and management accounts projects
  • Contribute to business development activity including supporting managers with preparing pricing for new opportunities, meeting potential clients and collaborating on the day-to-day management of the pipeline of opportunities
  • Provide support to the management team on departmental issues including coaching and providing feedback to more junior members of the staff
  • Ensure compliance with the stream’s policies and procedures and the firm’s risk management procedures
As a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, you will need:
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role, including delivering statutory accounts preparation or audit services to large businesses
  • Excellent working knowledge of FRS 102 and related financial reporting requirements
  • Significant previous experience in preparing multi-entity consolidations
