A Top 40 Firm in London is looking to expand their Corporate Finance offering in and are looking for a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join their team.

This Corporate Finance Team provides advice on matters for a range of companies of various sizes, operating in a variety of industries and provides services like:
  • Due Dilignece
  • Advising Business on acquistitions - identifying targets, deal structures, due dilignece, fundraising, negotiations and project management to completion
  • Disposals and Exit planning
  • Valuations
  • Advising on MBOs and MBIs
In this role as Corporate Finance Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Senior members of the team, taking a leading role. You will be responsible for drafting reports and project managing transactions and drafting key sections of the transaction documents, such as due diligence reports, information memorandum and valuation reports.

To be successful as the Corporate Finance Assistant Manager you will be ACA/ACCA qualified, with 18 months experience in Corporate Finance, more specifically working on due dilignece assignments or company valuations and drafting the relevant reports.
