Award Winning Top 20 firm of chartered accountants based in Ipswich are seeking an experienced Marketer to join their Events team as Events and Communications Supervisor.

The  role of Events and Communications Supervisor is a fun and varied one, you will also be required to travel to their other offices/Events across East Anglia, some of these will be Breakfast or Evening events.

The Role:

• Delivering a programme of newsletters using post and email.
• Organising and delivering a programme of seminars, workshops and events across all their offices: both physical and online.
• Website and Social Media analytics
• Utilising Social Media to support the promotion of campaigns & events and expand our reach.
• Delivering centralised client communications using post and email.
• Managing the professionals’ database to ensure targeted campaign mailings are delivered.
• Organising and delivering ads as required by the media, liaising with the agency as required.
• Reviewing and co-ordinating sponsorship activities to ensure maximum benefit is achieved.

Skills:

• Two or more years experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with demonstrable ability to exercise complete confidentiality.
• Capable of utilising own initiative and working reliably.
• Positive approach to problem solving.
• Clean driving licence and access to own transport.
• Oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Mailchimp and Wordpress
