I am working with a fantastic MSP based in Essex, they are expanding their team and looking to take on an additional 1st Line Support Technician. This business creates personal development plans for all employees, they have a great culture and spend time on a individual basis across the business to ensure everyone is developing and progressing in the direction best for them.


  • Troubleshoot issues to a 1st line technical level, e.g creating new user & password resets.
  • Answer support phone calls professionally and provide technical support.
  • Record time and issues clearly and accurately within CRM system.
  • Develop strong relationships with client base.
  • Complete training and development program within agreed time frame.


  • Experience providing 1st line support
  • Experience working as part of a busy service desk
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, Networks and Hardware builds.
  • Deliver high level of customer serviceĀ 
  • Able to work to tight time frames
  • Go above and beyond for clients
