A Top 100 Accountancy Firm with offices in Oxford and London is currently going through a period of growth is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding team, with a specific focus on transactional support. Offering a salary between £50,000 - £65,000 depending upon experience.


This is a great time to be joining the Firm, as they have recently gone through a number of their own acquisitions, with more on the horizon. Meaning, as the Corporate Finance Manager, working alongside the Partner, you will also be able to get involved with internal M&A work. You will also be responsible for supporting the execution of various corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity offerings, and other strategic transactions.

This role is based out of their Oxford office and the ideal Corporate Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant, possessing strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of corporate finance concepts and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the Corporate Finance Manager responsibilities include:

• Provide full assistance at a senior level to our Managing Partner and other Partners of the practice on a diverse portfolio of CF clients
• Lead and undertake due diligence assignments for clients and financial institutions and undertake business valuations, for commercial and tax purposes • Assist with the preparation of financial presentations, including pitchbooks, transaction memorandums, and other client and target facing materials
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support various corporate finance transactions, including M&A, debt and equity offerings, and other strategic transactions
• Conduct industry and market research to support transaction execution and business development efforts
• Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions including due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring
• Interact with clients and external advisors, including investment bankers, lawyers and accountants, to execute transactions
• Participate in internal and external meetings to provide analytical support and present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Support other corporate finance activities, including business valuations, capital structure analysis, and strategic planning
• Responsible for assisting in the firms internal M&A activities. As a private equity backed business, The Firm is on a journey to expand the business through a buy and build. Assisting in managing the acquisition pipeline, carrying out initial due diligence work and then working with our external advisors to manage the transaction through to completion.
• Conducting financial analysis and modelling to evaluate the financial performance and position of the target company or the client’s business
• Preparing financial due diligence reports to assess the risks and opportunities associated with the transaction, including the review of historical financial statements, projections, and other relevant financial data
• Performing industry research and benchmarking to support the valuation and negotiation of the transaction
