A leading Top 20 Accountancy Firm is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Tax Director to join their dynamic team.
As a key member of the firm, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing their Corporate Tax department, providing exceptional tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, and reporting directly to the Corporate Tax Partner.
The role will focus on the delivery of a wide range of tax advisory work to a variety of clients which can be tailored around your experience. Working with a vast array of clients from multinationals to OMBs, including some exciting start-ups as well as very established media and sports clients.
This work could include advising on transactions, undertaking tax due diligence, advising on corporate reorganisations, employee share incentives, and undertaking tax valuations.
The director will work alongside the partner to lead and manage the corporate tax group within the London Tax department.
This is a challenging and influential role that involves extensive client interaction, overseeing both UK and International clients.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic tax advice while understanding client needs and identify opportunities to deliver value-added services.
You will lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical support while overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services, ensuring compliance with internal policies, professional standards, and deadlines.
- Providing strategic tax advice to management teams and shareholders on business disposals and acquisitions
- Advising management teams and shareholders on management incentive plans (including EMI, Growth Share plans, and Employee Ownership trusts)
- Conducting tax valuations for employee share issues and EMI share options
- Managing and coordinating tax due diligence projects
- Advising on corporate reorganisations such as capital reduction and s110 demergers
- Preparing HMRC clearance applications
- Providing guidance on employment-related securities issues
- Handling EIS and SEIS advance assurance applications and providing advisory work
- Advising on structuring international groups
- Offering expertise in structuring property acquisitions and disposals
