Rutherford Briant have taken on a prestigious opportunity for a Corporate Transactions Executive for a Top 40 Accountancy firm based in Norwich. 

This is a rare but amazing opportunity for a tenacious and adaptable individual determined to work actively towards a positive solution. You will gain exposure across a wide range of areas; business sales, business acquisitions and strategic planning.

You would be joining a firm who have a strong pipeline of exciting assignments to deliver throughout the year and beyond. This role also offers a unique chance to work with a high-profile client base. You would be joining a united team working on the most relevant confidential corporate transactions.

As a Corporate Transactions Executive you will: 
  • Provide vital support to the existing team involved in a number of exciting assignments (Business sales, Business acquisitions, Due diligence reporting, Valuations, Strategic planning and financial forecasts).
  • Maintain up to date understanding of client’s business.
  • Maintain active and developmental relations with all.
  • Promote the wide range of opportunities that the firm offers and sell these services to clients.
  • Be actively involved in office marketing events where needed and acts as an ambassador of the firm.
  • Ensures professionalism of the firm is upheld at all times.  
As a Corporate Transactions Executive, you will need: 
  • A level of flexibility, as some assignments may require travel to alternative offices based in East Anglia. 
  • ACA, ACCA/ Equivalent Qualification.
  • Experience working with an external clientele.
  • Experience in an Accountancy practice or professional services. 
  • Confidence using Microsoft operations and computerised audit packages.
