An exciting and young independent Accountancy Firm who provide high value Private Client and Corporate Tax services is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the firm, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing their tax team.
Providing exceptional tax services to a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate clients, working as a number 2 to one of the 3 founding partners.
The role will focus on the delivery of a wide range of tax advisory work to a variety of clients which can be tailored around your experience. Working with a vast array of clients including multinationals, inbound investors, non-doms, real estate, and international clients.
This is a challenging and influential role that involves extensive client interaction, overseeing both UK and International clients with the opportunity to build a team around you.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile personal and corporate clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic tax advice while understanding client needs and identify opportunities to deliver value-added services.
You will lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical support while overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services.
- Manage and develop a large and complex portfolio of cases for high net worth individuals
- Handle UK resident "non-dom" planning, OMBs (owner-managed businesses), entrepreneurs, and internationally mobile private clients.
- Provide practical and commercial tax advice to clients.
- Identify and implement new tax planning and cross-referral opportunities through networking and existing client relationships.
- Assist in the growth of the tax team, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Conduct research, analyse, and interpret changing tax legislation in the UK and occasionally overseas.
- Meet with clients, gather relevant information, and provide consultancy services to high-value private clients.
- Review and prepare personal/partnership tax returns and computations.
- Provide expertise and support in the area of international corporate tax, including advising clients on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient structuring of international operations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and computations for multinational clients.
- Advise on tax implications and strategies related to international mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and expansions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other jurisdictions to provide seamless global tax services to multinational clients.
- Conduct tax due diligence and assist in the tax aspects of international transactions.
