Required Experience & Skills

Proven 24x7 Operations Support: Demonstrated experience in a 24x7 operations support environment, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of related systems.

Service Management: Prior exposure to a service management model with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uptime requirements.

Database Expertise: Familiarity with SQL IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, along with strong knowledge of Azure storage, SQL-managed instances, and Active Directory.
