Craft and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans tailored to specific projects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices across the organization.

Spearhead testing activities within diverse projects and initiatives, taking full ownership of their successful execution, with a particular focus on the testing phases encompassing Unit, back office, front end, and UAT.

Exhibit innovative and unconventional thinking to develop result-oriented approaches for overcoming testing challenges efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders at all organizational levels, employing excellent communication skills to foster clear understanding and effective teamwork.
Desired Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a proficient Test Analyst within an IT environment, demonstrating expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Digital Design, or exhibit equivalent on-the-job experience/professional certification.

ISTQB/BCS Advanced Certification is highly desirable and will be given preference.
