Are you a Qualified Accounting, Audit or Tax professional, looking to work within a Top 30 firm but step away from the client facing side? This incredibly agile practice is looking to hire within their Training & Compliance team at either Assistant Manager, or Manager, grade. 

They are very much keen on professional development at all levels, from Apprentices to the Senior Leaders in the business, and this position will be a hugely influential part of that process. This role will be a mixed position sitting across both Learning & Development and with a Compliance element. 

The firm are keen to ensure a flexible working approach to this role, and you will only be required to go into the office 1 day per week, and you can work from their London, Cambridge or Essex offices.

What you will do:
  • Assist apprentices and trainees with their qualifications and training records
  • Run meetings with apprentices and trainees to ensure that their qualifications are moving through smoothly
  • Prepare and deliver internal training modules to staff at varying levels in the business
  • Reconcile training provider invoices within a document control system

What you will need:
  • Fully Qualified within relevant field (ACA, ACCA or CTA)
  • Good experience around reporting, able to keep these concise and accurate
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels as well as external suppliers
