A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Semi Senior/Senior Insolvency Administrator to join a Top 15 Practice in Tunbridge Wells.

You will be managing a case load of your own cases in addition to assisting others within the team. Your portfolio will consist of largely corporate work and the role will genuinely give you the opportunity to thrive within this terribly engaging and supportive culture.

What you will do as a Semi Senior/Senior Insolvency Administrator:
  • Manage case delivery incorporating pre-appointment, progression, and closure.
  • Realising assets in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Investigate Directors’ conduct including misappropriation of company funds.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors meetings and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties and senior members of staff to ensure case progression and prompt realisations of assets.
  • Maintain IPS case diaries and IPS set-up.
  • Ensure statutory deadlines are met and support administrators and trainees.

What you will need as a Semi Senior/Senior Insolvency Administrator:
  • At least 18 months corporate insolvency experience.
  • Studying towards to qualified CPI.
