A very reputable Top 50 Practice are on the look out for an Assistant Portfolio Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team. They specialise within Music and Entertainment and this will make up the most of your client base, so if you are keen to further your knowledge in this industry and want to work with some of the most well known household names, then this is the role for you!

You will be working closely with the Portfolio Manager and Partner and will get plenty of opportunity to progress to a managerial position in a short space of time! There are also many fantastic benefits on offer including flexible working, plenty of social events, generous annual leave and more!!

What you will do as an Assistant Portfolio Manager
  • Lead and supervise larger more complex assignments and audits
  • Day to day supervision and development of audit team on assignment
  • Plan and monitor assignments, work and resources within agreed budgets to meet deadlines and any targets that may be set in conjunction with Manager/Partner
  • Act as a communication channel to brief the team and ensure client and Manager/Partner expectations are met
  • Assist Managers in reviewing work, supervising team members and giving constructive feedback to develop their skills
  • Review work on smaller accounts prep assignments and prepare finalisation pack for review by Manager/Partner

What you will need as an Assistant Portfolio Manager
  • To be ACA qualified with at least 3 years audit experience
