Donna's role as Director at Rutherford Briant is to provide creative contribution to the board, offer constructive challenges, strategic direction and to share knowledge and expertise.
She has been responsible for recruitment, in-house and agency, for over 24 years and co-founded Rutherford Briant alongside Toby back in 2009. Donna is incredibly proud of the values that we work by and the successes that have been achieved. It’s an exciting business and rewarding to be a part of the growth and evolution.
Donna's hospitality and event management background is a big influence on her management style. She question's every decision to assess its impact on the individuals and businesses that we work alongside, and of course supporting our amazing team at Rutherford Briant is key.
Outside of work
Donna has 3 children whose interests and hobbies keep her busy as full time taxi-driver. Donna finds it rewarding to watch them thrive and to be a part of their journeys through childhood. She loves the outdoors life and can often be found exploring the north Essex countryside with her adorable cavapoo dog called Buddy.
