James is one of Rutherford Briants Recruitment Managers leading the accountancy and finance division for the Essex market, recruiting numerous part-qualified and qualified professionals for a range of businesses across the local area.
Having graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in sports journalism, James joined Rutherford Briant back in 2019 through our graduate scheme. In a very short space of time, James has progressed rapidly, developing his knowledge, gaining three promotions in three years and establishing himself as an expert within his market.
