Matt has joined us as an Associate Recruitment Consultant working alongside Josh in our Public Practice team recruiting in East Anglia.
Prior to joining us here at Rutherford Briant, Matt worked as a primary school teacher in Essex, mainly teaching Maths.

Outside of work
Matt is a keen sportsman playing for his university football team, as well as jetting off to Australia to play a season of cricket for the 2023 season. Matt also has a season ticket at Ipswich Town Football Club and tries and attend as many away games as he can, throughout the season. Matt also enjoys travelling, having visited 25+ countries and hoping to add more to the list in the future!
