Melanie leads our IT & Technology recruitment, having worked within a more generalised recruitment agency before joining Rutherford Briant.
Prior to recruitment, Melanie worked in a sales environment for over 10 years, partnering with key clients to deliver the best solutions. Her previous roles required advanced technical knowledge on products and tailoring her offering based on the individuals needs and requirements. Melanie prides herself on learning and understanding everyone's needs, helping both clients and candidates find the best solution for them.

Melanie is a Mummy to two cheeky little boys, they are very active and love exploring nature. Melanie and the family can be found walking around the National Trust estates and the coast, they especially love to visit Cornwall. Gardening is a passion of Melanie’s, she loves to be outside and nurturing the plants in the garden, encouraging her boys to appreciate and look after the world around them.
