What you will do:
- Draft business/funding plans and financial forecasts
- Analyse historical accounts of target parks/businesses
- Undertake financial due diligence and reporting.
- Provision of financial information on existing clients for third parties as required.
- Review of external valuation reports and comparison to business/funding plan
- Assist the team with the preparation for meetings with clients/funders.
What you will need:
- ACA/ACCA fully qualified
- 3+ years’ experience
- Experience working within an accountancy practice preparing sets of accounts.
- Ideally experience forecasting, preparing business plans, management accounts and due diligence
- Client facing experience.
