- Lead company valuations
- Carry out market and buyer research, helping clients with due diligence and other assistance with business sales.
- Be actively involved with price negotiations, accurate forecasting and providing helpful support where needed.
- Providing assistance with forensic accounting..
In this role, you will need:
- ICAEW/ACCA qualification, with experience of M&A gained in UK Practice.
- Fantastic levels of communication.
- Experience in technical accounting.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High level of report writing skills.
- Open and enquiring mind.
