A Top 60 Firm based in Cambridge are looking for an Accounts Senior to join their thriving Business Services team, who provide accountancy, taxation and business support services to a range of businesses to a variety of sectors - including healthcare and medical practices.

This role would suit somebody who is ACCA qualified or able to demonstrate that they are qualified by experience to similar levels and have recent experience in UK practice preparing accounts and tax for a range of clients.

What you will do as an Accounts Senior: 
  • Preparing accounts, including tax computations.
  • Assisting with the training of trainees, reviewing their work, assisting with development and providing constructive feedback to maintain high standards.
  • Liaising with clients, to resolve any queries.
  • Working effectively with managers and other team members.
As an Accounts Senior you will need:  
  • AAT Qualified or ACCA.
  • Experience working in an Accountancy Practice preparing sets of accounts.
  • Knowledge of VAT, using SAGE,XERO and QuickBooks.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Exposure to medical sector clients would be advantageous but not essential.
