Your client portfolio will typically consist of Statutory Accounts for Owner Managed Companies in the £3m-£10m turnover bracket, and you will act as an Audit Manager for companies just over the audit threshold or small companies which require audit due to being owned by large overseas groups.


Responsibilities:
As a General Practice Manager, you will…
  • Actively manage a portfolio of media clients, ensuring for all clients that deadlines are met, work is carried out within budget and the job is finalised to minimise partner review time.
  • Plan jobs and organise assignments to ensure work is caried out in the most efficient way possible while considering productivity.
  • Act as a training manager and mentor to allocated trainees.
  • Take an active role in practice development activities, aiming to build on current client relationships and establish new opportunities.
  • Assist with billing procedures and debt collection where appropriate and in liaison with the client partner.

Requirements:
As a General Practice Manager, you will need…
  • ACA or ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience managing both people and a general practice portfolio for at least 2 years.
