They're seeking a talented Finance Manager to join there team and drive financial excellence.

The salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000, offering hybrid working, 23 days plus many other benefits.

As the Finance Manager at the Woodbridge-based family business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising their financial activities. You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Your insights will directly contribute to the profitability and sustainability of their agricultural operations. Additionally, you will liaise with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement best practices in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to support operational needs and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and provide timely insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skills:

- ACCA, ACA OR CIMA qualified preferred but qualified by experience considered
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a track record of success in financial management and strategic planning.
- Extensive knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company values.
- Experience working in a family-owned business or closely-held company is preferred.
