The position is varied with all audit, accounts and tax functions, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering multiple assignments to agreed deadlines. This is a great opportunity for somebody wanting to process with a varied role and an interesting client base.

You will be focussing on non-profit organisations including but not limited to Charities, Oxford Colleges, Religious Organisations and NHS Charities. You are also able to tailor this with commercial clients for a more mixed portfolio.

Responsibilities
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will…
  • Job plan, budget, time manage and delegate to team.
  • Monitor team progress and manage projects.
  • Produce a detailed review of file and debrief team.
  • Oversee and mentor trainees during their training contract and provide assistance when required.
  • Assist with in house training.
  • Attend client gatherings or client seminars on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will need…
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in running own portfolio.
  • An interest in NFP.
