This role is a great opportunity for a finance professional who possesses experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, any project work and group/multi-site accounting. What you will do:
- Monthly summaries for projects, along with key analysis and reporting on findings
- Project accounting - cashflow forecasting and budgeting.
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Calculating and requesting funds
- Ensuring accurate and consistent journals are prepared and posted.
- Liaising with external Joint Venture Partners, internal Project Managers, Surveyors etc to maintain accurate reporting records and explore and respond to queries.
- Financial Business Partnering with various stakeholders around the business.
