As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Corporate Tax Manager you will be:
- Working with a wide variety of clients ranging from Healthcare, Manufacturing, Property, Tourism, Leisure, and Hospitality as well as small start-ups, OMBs, and large corporates
- Working on complex corporate compliance and advisory work
- Work on tax due diligence with the corporate finance department
- Client engagement and management
- Responsible for quoting fees, raising fee invoices and managing their own WIP (work in progress)
- Working with Trainees and Assistants to support their workload and ongoing practical training
- Be CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified
- Have at least 3 years' Practice experience
- Work within Corproate tax already or have a good understanding of corporate tax gained through a general practice role
- Experience of overseeing the work of trainees
