Whilt navigating the team through process changes and exciting change management projects, along with providing a strategic overview across management and financial accounting.

As a Project Accountant -
- Lead the finance strategy for the team, whilst working closely with the Project Accountant to provide reporting and analysis on day-to-day operations
- Drive the streamlining of processes and improvement across the finance team
- Reconciliation in accordance with GAAP, statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
- Management of a team of 7. 70% management and 30% day to day tasks
- Support with day to day finances across multiple teams including statutory and management accounts including management of ledgers
- Ensuring all queries are resolved, engaging with the wider business and other stakeholders
- Ensure all month-end and quarter-end deliverables are met
- Proven experience as supervisor
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with both clients and colleagues in a fast moving environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Salary up to £50,000
