I am currently recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established business based in Braintree. The role is initially a fixed term contract for 6 months, however there is opportunity or this to become permanent.
  

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Dealing with customer queries mostly via phone and email
  • Manage daily administrative tasks. 
  • Respond to customer queries within a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing orders, returns and deliveries. 
  • Working with customers who have any questions, concerns or complaints to resolve these.

As the Customer Service Executive, you will have the following experience:
  • Dealing with customers and solving queries day to day
  • Experience of logging customer details through a CRM or similar
  • Microsoft Office Skills 
  • Available immediately or at one week notice
