Responsibilities:
As a Tax Dispute Resolution Manager you will…

  • Manage tax disputes and liaise with HMRC to ensure timely resolution
  • Overseeing Tax Tribunals and providing strategic advice to clients
  • Resolving tax disputes and ensuring compliance with tax legislation
  • Advising clients on tax dispute resolution strategies
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to tax disputes

 
Requirements:
As a Tax Dispute Resolution Manager, you will need…

  • Extensive experience in Tax Dispute Resolution
  • Knowledge of Tax Tribunals and ADR processes
  • A qualification in tax, law or accounting would be an advantage
