I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a well-established business, having specialised in their arena for over 15 years.
Responsibilities:
As a HR Advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for HR support across disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
- Assist with recruitment related activities such as CV search and selection, telephone and face to face interviews, inductions, leavers process and exit interviews
- All HR related administrative tasks as well as attendance, sickness and absence
- Utilise internal systems for updating and logging of information, producing reports and using spreadsheets for wider business updates
Requirements:
As a HR Advisor, you will need:
- Experience in a generalist HR role with proven hands on experience
- Prior recruitment experience, including interviews
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills, with high attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office, systems and computer literate
Benefits:
