- A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience
- A track record of success in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within complex or transitioning businesses
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience advising board-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial modelling, strategic planning, and change management
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
