Requirements:
- Responsible for transactional finance (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/bank/payroll/expenses etc.) and month-end processes.
- Reconciliation of the above and follow ups where necessary
- Management of monthly bordereaux’s
- Reconciliation of the Management Information data from bank accounts to internal system
- Preparing management accounts
- Running reports from various systems
- Ensure payments to insurers, payments from clients and payments to suppliers are kept up to date
- Dealing with incoming email queries/communicating with suppliers
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts, commissions etc
- Assist Head of Finance with Year-end accounts, audits and budgeting
