I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a well-established business, having specialised in their arena for over 20 years.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  •  Generate new business opportunities, be that over the phone or face to face
  •  Lead generation and marketing research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities for business growth
  •  Regular usage of internal CRM to input, track and follow up on customer information
  •  Work to and overachieve on sales targets, both individual and team


Requirements:
As a Business Development Manager, you will need:

  • Proven track record of working in sales, with a focus on business development
  • Experience of working within manufacturing, construction or technical environments
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


Benefits:
As a Business Development Manager, you will get:

  • A salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Commission
  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
