Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for...
- Invoice processing and submission
- Ensure all incoming work is uploaded to the correct job and all supporting documentation is saved appropriately
- Act as the first point of contact for queries and the Central Billing Team, ensuring they are directed to the correct branch or team member
- Support key clients and ensure their requirements are met on time
- Educate and support on new billing procedures or required documentation to ensure compliance.
Requirements
As a Finance Assistant, you will need...
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
