As a Financial Accountant, you will:
- Prepare accurate and compliant financial statements in line with recognised accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing, effective reconciliation, and strong financial controls.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles with clear analysis, insights, and commentary.
- Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements and internal governance policies.
As a Financial Accountant, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior accounting, financial reporting, or financial management position.
- Strong proficiency with leading accounting software
- A solid understanding of financial accounting principles, compliance, and financial controls.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
