They are looking to expand their growing finance team through hiring a Management Accountant.
Responsibilities:
As a Management Accountant, you will
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, with clear analysis for senior leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring across the business, including KPI tracking and dashboard reporting
- Oversee transactional finance processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor payments and payroll coordination
- Provide financial insight and commentary to support commercial decision-making and operational performance
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and robust internal controls
Requirements:
As a Management Accountant, you will need
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Solid background working in a management accounting or financial analysis role
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
