Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will...
- Check credit reports on existing and potential accounts
- Ensure all overdue aged debt balances are reviewed and regularly corresponded to
- Liaise with customers to resolve credit control queries and to ensure timely payment
- Regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need...
- Educated to AAT or equivalent
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounts receivable position
- Good Excel and ERP system skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
